Most of our watch winders come with 3 settings to wind your watch .Pls refer to the following details : 1) Turn clockwise. Runing 10 seconds and rest for 80 seconds and then repeat. 2) Turn counter clockwise. Runing 10 seconds and rest for 80 seconds and then repeat. 3) Turn both clockwise and counter clockwise. Runing 10 seconds in one direction and rest for 50 seconds and then repeat. Runing 10 seconds in the opposite direction and rest for 50 seconds Repeats above cycle. Firstly, make sure to wind your watch before the watch stops. When you remove your watch from the watch winder, most watch brands will run for 24-72 hours.
