Review of Winders for Sleeping Rolex Watches
From Matthew
Greetings All- I have been rotating through my collection and thus wanted to put my Rolex watches on my 4-head winder. Unfortunately the 4-head winder went bad a few weeks ago, so I have gone on a search for some decent winders.
I have been an Orbita Beta tester for a few months and have been very pleased with the results. I had some issues initially with the size of the cup (since it swings back and forth to wind the watch), but Orbita resolved the issue with a new cup and things are fine.
I purchased a Luxupak winder on a whim from the salescorner a few weeks ago and was nervous since I had never heard of the company. Delivery was prompt and the representatives answered all my questions in a very timely manner. The winder is wrapped in beautiful black leather and works with an adapter (included) or AA batteries. Most importantly, the rate results have been fantastic. The watch has only gained 169 seconds over the last 120 days, which is only 1.4 seconds a day!
Here are some blurry pictures of the winder with my Sub LV (I know I nee a better digital camera!!)

Here are some clearer stock photos that give you an idea of the winder's design.
The back has a simple on/off switch and the user can decide between CW/CCW/both

Assuming the rates stay the same, in the future I will probably purchase a multi-watch winder from Luxupak.
Hope everyone finds this beneficial. –Matt
